Sketch

Sketch style drawing of one or more Characters.

Full Body

Illustration of one or more Characters which can include their Full Body.

Half Body

Illustration of one or more Characters which goes down to their Bust or Waist.

During the Artwork Process you will have the right to check up on the illustration, to determine if it is looking the way you imagined.

During the sketch phase, you are allowed to ask for major changes, such as pose and composition changes.
During later stages, changes permitted will be mainly within the range of minor things such as colors, lighting, textures, and such.

Once the artwork is delivered, you won't be allowed to request any more changes, since that piece will be considered Finished.

You'll be provided with a Code which you can use to track your commission in the "Client's Portal" page.

You'll be messaged in the informed email about any important information, changes, and progress in the commissioned artwork.

Outside of those, you will be messaged in your chosen platform only.

For any artworks that will be used commercially, that usage has to be specified, and fees will be added based on certain factors.

Usage of artwork is disallowed in:

You can ask for additions to your artwork, beyond a single characters' illustration, these additions include:

Keep in mind that these each include a fee based on the amount of effort required to complete.

The initial artwork is not considered a Variant and you won't be charged additions for it.

You may request commercial usage of the illustration. Fee will vary from case to case, and depend on company size, as well as amount of usage types.

There are some themes which I am not comfortable with, or not capable of illustrating.

These themes include, but are not restricted to, the following:

On the other hand, I am okay with some more extreme themes, such as:

I'll message you within 24 Hours of your submission with a customized price.
You'll have the option to accept the price, tweak your commission request, or cancel it
If you choose to move forward with the commission, I'll send an invoice for half of the payment upfront.
I'll give you progress updates, and you'll be able to review and say if you're satisfied with them.

Once the Sketch is finished, I'll send you an invoice for the other half of the payment.
I'll continue updating you. Updates will happen within less than 7 days of eachother.
Once finished, I'll deliver you the artwork in full resolution, and 1/4 resolution for free download.

Unless it's urgent, I will not work on the commission during weekends.
